So, as most of you are aware, my mood has been a bit in the dumps since we lost our furbaby. Today I was trying to find something Deb B. had posted but I couldn't remember when the date was so I did a forum search using her nickname. I don't know when I've laughed so hard as I did when I read back on the things she has posted to this forum. I strongly recommend that if anybody ever needs an uplift, you ought to check that out. What would we ever do without her????

Deb is awesome, I agree!

Sorry about your furbaby. It's a huge loss.

Hoo boy. You all know Deb will eventually read this, right? I'm sore afraid such praise will surely release her inner Primadonna and then where shall we be?

Oh, the demands for wine and chocolate ... first choice on the newest books ... I can see it all now.

Alas, alas, alas ...

Deb keeps me entertained, that's for sure! It's always fun when she's around!

wink

And hang in there, Jeanne - time will help as you deal with the loss of your furbaby. Eventually the pain recedes a bit and the wonderful memories remain.

Aw shucks...y'all know how to swell one's head and gladden one's heart -- thanks for your kind words. Although I occasionally dip my toes into other PBS forums, this one is "home"  -- where I find joy and comfort and friendly, good-natured souls.

(I'm just going to ignore Kelly...wait...on second thought...demands for wine, chocolate, and first crack at books...umm...hey, why didn't I immediately think of that...I must be slowing down...anyway, yep...you should all stop what you're doing right now...really, right now...and send me chocolate, wine, and WL books*...the more, the better...I'd forgotten for a moment how shameless I could be...sincere thanks to Kelly for reminding me...looking forward to all those soon-to-be-arriving goodie packages...or to save money on postage, kindle books and wine-and-chocolate store gift cards are fine...and please note that there are no spending limits on this widely-endorsed Deb-appreciation campaign, so no need to hold back.)

*White wine and milk chocolate preferred, but if forced, I can make do with red wine and dark chocolate.
