If you're observing Banned Books Week in some way or other, how about sharing your thoughts and actions in this Forum?

Curiosity has been a lifelong character flaw with me---it's the reason I read The Well of Loneliness, by Radclyffe Hall, Tropic of Cancer, by Henry Miller, and I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, by Maya Angelou (all banned books).  As a little girl, I read Sir Richard Burton's translation of The Thousand and One Nights' Entertainment, and got some of my sex education by looking up some of the words the old coot used to really rattle his Victorian readers!
