Search - Oceans Apart

I read Karen Kingbury's novel very quickly. This story is about a young son who is suddenly left without his mother and no guaranteed place to live. The characters struggle with their relationships with each other and with God as they weave around trying to find where this little boy fits in. Karen writes from the heart and from her faith. In addition to this book, her 911 series is also very poignant.

This is a sweet and moving story of forgiveness and redemption and what it takes to survive hard times.

This is the first book that I have read by Karen Kingsbury and it was very good.

I cried for all the characters in the book. I found that I could relate to each character in the book though I've never been through the situation they faced. It's book that reminds you that everyone is human and mistakes happen, and how forgiveness heals.

I cried from the first chapter! Awesome book, I couldn't put it down.
