Even though October is almost over, perhaps this will help kick-start a renewed sense of exercising before the holidays in November & December!
My walking group at work started meeting again (sporadically), so I've been getting some brisk after work walks in (some days longer than others depending on everyone's schedules), but it's totally better than doing nothing (which is what I've been doing lately...a whole lot of nothing)!

I have to say that I must be getting out of shape again because I was REALLY sore the next day after doing this workout!
