Finished The Legend of Lyon Redmond and it was a weak 4 stars for me. My review is up on GRs. It just wasn't as strong as I wanted it to be for a finishing of the series and as long as we had waiting for Lyon and Olivia's story.

Life's been busy I havent had a chance to peek in here much!

I've been in a bit of a reading rut so no really big stand outs here. I did finally read The Bourban Kings. It was a bit slow going at first and pretty predictable actually, but I still enjoyed it and will look forward to the next one.

I read Grayson's Vow (Mia Sheridan) and The Friend Zone (Kristen Callihan). Both were really good. Now reading Out of Time by Beth Flynn.

I have been on a roll with reading lately:

Laura Kaye's Hard As Steel 3 Stars, It is a crossover book to the new MC series.

Preston and Child's Blue Labyrinth 5 Stars and Constance kicked booty in that one, she was the bomb and I hope that one day P and C let Pendergast take a rest and let Constance handle a whole book by herself!

Carolyn Linden's One Night In London 3 Stars and I don't know that I will pick up the rest of the series.

Jennifer Ashley's The Stolen Mackenzie Bride 4 Stars and this is the earlier Mackenzies that Hart and Ian speak about. It was a darker read than I am used to from her, but still a compelling read.

Meljean Brook's The Kraken King 5 Stars and I loved this awesome read and I hope we get the blacksmiths soon.

Eileen Dreyer's Always A Temptress 5 Stars and a wonderful read and I am for sure going to get the rest of the series.

Joanne Wylde's Reapers and Bastards Anthology 4 stars...I need my Painter's book now!!!

Kelly Bowen's A Good Rogue is Hard to Find and You're the Earl that I want, both 4 Stars and an author to watch. These were both fun reads.

Elaine Levine's Assassin's Promise 2 Stars and it was just ok read for me. I was lost for most of the book trying to remember who was who. Is the story line getting away from the author?

Jo Davis's On The Run 3 stars

Maggie Fenton's Virtuous Scoundrel 4 Stars, and while not quite as good as the first one, it was still a good read and well worth my time.
