Quickly, I move through my day;
I glance and chance; I make my way.
I listen not to inner voices.
Hasten quickly and make my choices.

Where art thou my peace of mind?
I twist and turn; I'm in a bind
Would it be hard to cast a care?
Soon, I find it was always there.
