I had a book show up in my Wish List Offers area that has never been on my wish list; anyone else ever had that happen? I know my list is big and my memory isn't the best, but I have a pretty good idea of what I'm waiting for, and this book isn't something I would have added.

This is the kind of thing to report in feedback.  It appears to be a glitch in the software and they need to be notified of that so that they can check into it.  Give as much information as you can about the situation.
