I need more coffee! In the 2009, we are supposed to copy the thread, and then edit in what we did? All at once when we have completed it? The same for the new 2010 thread...as we go, I presume? And all of the individual 2010 topics are for help/discussion and not what you are doing? (I already screwed one up by not noticing it was 2010!) Are there those for 2009 buried down in the depths somewhere that I haven't seen?

I'm no help since I'm still trying to figure it all out too. But I didn't want you read your thread and no post....lol |

Jodi,
The one that says 2010 list only is where you copy the entire list of 12 and the bonus and put in the books you are reading. The seperate 2010 topics cover each of the 12 challenges so you can write about your book and author when you finished and tell us how you liked it or ask a specific question that particular challenge, like if you need help finding a book. Does that help? Alice |

It's as Alice said, Jodi. The individual topics are for discussion about the book you chose or if you need help finding or deciding on a book to use for that category. We didn't do the individual topics last year. Alice suggested it as they did it for the historical fiction challenge last year and found it works out well. Having individual category topics saves browsing through pages and pages of posts in one general 'discussion' topic about all the categories, that's all. Sorry, didn't mean to confuse anyone! Okay...after a coffee infusion and your great explanations...I've got it I had never seen them for 2009, and didn't know quite what was going on with all the activity - At first, when I saw all those topics from you, Alice, I figured you had the inside track and were showing us all up and had finished each one already...gasp! :-) |

Is the M/T thread going to look like this all the time now? I'm not here everyday but I have to say that the challenge threads are bit annoying. It's hard to find the actual discussion threads. |
