I just noticed the swapadvd site and went there breifly my login for here doesnt work, (worth a shot) but I browsed the site. My husband would LOVE the site. His movies are like my books. If I could get him involved with that site he might leave me alone on the number of books I own, and am constantly trading and hoarding. I have tried to get books for him off this site just to show him how absolutely cool this site is, so he wont give me that look when I get a box of books.

So musical question is this can PBS cedits be used or swapped to get dvds?

Yes! From the SaDVD site you can transfer from PBS. But he'd have to log into your account to do the transfer. I've got the same username on both sites, so transfering the credits has been no problem. I don't know whether a different account name would cause a problem or not.

It's not 1-to-1 though. SaDVD credits cost about $5, so you have to transfer 3 PBS credits for 2 SaDVD credits.

So do you have it straight? From the SaDVD, on the transfer credits page click PBS -> SaDVD, log in to the PBS site and authorize the transfer of the number of credits desired.

Cool thanks. Maybe if I get hubby movies out of my books he will leave me alone about the 3000 books in the basement when I buy another one at the store.

Ill try it now
