Being an aging baby boomer, I found the research and info on living a long and healthy life very eye opening. Okinawans live longer than any other group. Following their diets and lifestyles certainly can help us live longer and healthier.

Don't know how well I can change completely, but I am using a rice and steam cooker, eating vegetables, and cooking stir fry. It is an impressive book that can lead to so many changes!
