Old Bear and his cub go through the day together. They eat breakfast together, walk together, and go home together. They take turns telling each other to do things. Old Bear wants his cub to finish his breakfast. The cub wants Old Bear to go to bed when he's sick.

Why I recommend it: It's a calm story about a child living with an older person. There isn't any real drama, just day-to-day small issues.
