I thought once I accepted a book and said when I was going to mail it. The person requesting the book could no longer cancel.  I just had some one cancel a book that I had accepted but had not yet printed the label for.  When can a book no longer be canceled????

The other member can cancel until you print your label.

Yes, what Diane said.  Once you've printed the label, you may have invested postage -- or even mailed the book -- so only the sender can cancel after the label's been printed.

Some people immediately "print" so people can't cancel. I personally wait to print until I am ready mail.  I'm not so desperate for a credit that I need to prevent someone from cancelling if they realize they already have the book, have already read it or really just don't want it anymore.
