A fun story that transcends its period. Joelle's crusading "for the good of the people" boss (Harriet) is warring with the newspaper editor who wants to save historic buildings and the people who live there from the wrecking ball Harriet champions to "improve" the city. What are Harriet's motives? Of course, good triumphs over evil.
