I tried this cookbook after a recommendation from a friend. I was facing going back to work from maternity leave, and wondering how we could get dinner on the table, work full time, and raise a family at the same time. The book has recipes that will allow you to fill your freezer for a whole month or 2 weeks. I chose the 2 week inteval, both for time and for fear that I would not like the recipes and did not want a full month of food in my freezer that we would not like. Well, thus far, we have loved most of the recipes, and ultimately liked all of the food. The recipes make dinner for at least 6-8 people, so the two week version has lasted us a month. I highly recommend this cookbook for anyone looking to serve home cooked meals - my husband, who hates cooking, can pull something out and put it in the oven. This is great when I need to work late.
