This series is exactly like the Evanovich series. The heroines are interchangable. If you like one, you will like the other.
This is a light cozy mystery for the medical minded person!! Like it and this author a lot!!
Pauline Sokol is at it again pretending to be psychiotic patient while investigation an institution. Full of laugh out loud moments.
3rd in series. Love 'em all.
3rd in the series - a great read!
This was a pure delightful mystery to read! Especially because theres a tad of humor in it (love it when I can chuckle with a book). The characters are all unique, strange in their own way and pull together to just make this a great read! This one was a bit more serious than the others in this series making it more of a mystery and not a cozy! GREAT READ!!!!
Former nurse-turned-insurance fraud p.i. Pauline Sokol's current undercover investigation into a sleazy psychiatric scam has hit a small snag: she's been forcibly committed to a mental institution! She IS sane, but can't convince the nuns that run the place. Pauline's crime-solving cohort Jagger won't help her, so she delves into the place's secrets until she realizes she's in over her head. A death occurs, and Pauline realizes she needs Jagger and her family to help her escape.
have read the first two book in this series and liked them. Couldn't get through this one.
