I'd like to read this and wondered if anyone had a copy they could't post because it didn't have the correct ISBN or was damaged.  I'd prefer the trade paperback  or a hardback instead of the mass market paperback.  Doesn't matter how old it is as long as it's all there.

I have exactly what you're looking for, if you haven't found one already. It's a 1972 trade paperback, and it's actually in pretty good shape for being almost 40 years old. Not sure why I never posted it (especially since I have another copy to keep). Let me know if you're interested.
