How can I see if books I post are in the one hour wait period?

I haven't posted books in a long time.  I just posted some WL books and they are on my shelf, and not showing up on WL holds, despite being WLed.

If you look at your shelf, a little symbol should be next to the title (on the left side) that says 1 hour hold.

I don't have that symbol.  I did find the exclaimation point on the right that says "WL hold", if I hover.  Thanks!!

ETA: Some jerk just cancelled. :p

IIRC, it's a small grey circle with an exclamation point inside it...........I think......

I really don't get the point of the one hour hold.  It's not like you can take it off your bookshelf if you accidently put it there and the book doesn't show as a wishlist hold on the main page.  It drives me insane.

the purpose of the 1 hour hold is for "buyers remorse"  But, it would work if you put it on your bookshelf accidently you can take it off if you are the sender.

Nope, the sender cannot take it off their shelf during the 1 hr hold, the grey(!) is where the check box usually is so there is way to check it delete it. The only way you can ever take a WL off is to have someone request it and then cancel the order.

The symbol moved from the left to the right when they merged the bookshelf and the to-be-reposted lists.

Jennie:  Not that long ago I noticed a book I'd requested was on 1 hr hold. I was running low on credits, found that my library has a copy, and changed my mind and cancelled. So, yes, it does happen.

Melanie she was saying that you couldn't remove it when it wasn't showing as a hold...that was what I was responding too...I'd have to look when I had one on 1 hour hold to make a comment as to the other.
