This was an excellent read. Make time before you start reading it because you will find it hard to put down!

Twelve women have vanished, leaving behind no trace or clueâ"their whereabouts still a mystery after eleven years.

Amelia Faraday is beautiful, smart, and a walking disaster. Suffering from blackouts, she also suffers from something worseâ"the feeling that she is personally involved in a series of deaths.

Now as a new string of murders begins, and she continues to experience blackouts, Amelia wonders if she is a cold-blooded killerâ"or a pawn in a deadly game that's only just beginning.

There are women disappearing in Seattle. Amelia is a young woman who is having blackouts and visions of her possibly harming these women. She enlists the help of her therapist to try and figure out what's going on.

This is the first book I've read by this author, and it definitely won't be the last. I've just ordered all of his other books. This story kept me up all night long. I couldn't stop reading!

This book was excellent! You are kept wondering for quite some time exactly what is going on and are never sure you have it figured out until the end. Characters are fun to get to know.

Karen is a therapist who is concerned when one of her patients, Amelia, claims to have premonitions before murders, and later remembers fragments of how the murders took place as though she were actually there. Initially she is confident of Amelia's innocence, but when Amelia's family and friends start dropping like flies Karen cannot help but confront the possibility that her patient and friend may be a serial killer.

I really enjoyed Watch Them Die, so I was looking forward to reading One Last Scream also. Unfortunately, it was obvious to me early on what the twist was going to be. That took much of the enjoyment out of this book - if you can figure out the mystery (which you likely will), the book is no longer suspenseful and is reduced to a cat-and-mouse chase story.

Ewwww, this one is a real thriller! Even tho I had it kinda figured out by the middle of the book, it was still quite interesting and suspenseful. A must-read Kevin O'Brien.
