This is an inspiring true story about a man who lost his leg and went on to take part in many races, eventually in the famed Ironman Triathlon. I liked the story but there is some bad language in the book (not much, but enough that I don't want the younger children in my household reading it). If you want that push to get you out exercising, this should wipe away all of your excuses!
