Compact book containing a collection of international recipes for the experimental chef, most of which are adaptable for preparation in a crock pot. Watch out, though, a lot of the recipes require ingredients not stocked in the traditional American kitchen, and have preparation times that defeat the purpose of using a slow cooker.
