Hi Adriane. What a good idea! I would like to join you, but I am a runner, and usually will aletrnate a run one day, with a video the next. I assume a run does not count? |

Ooooh, Adriane I'd love to join you! I have alot of the same dvds. Don't forget to log your workouts in WOWY. If anyone wants to buddy up at team beachbody I'm WarriorMama. Just finished a Shakeology 30 min workout and it kicked my butt!! Being outta shape sucks! Ugh....so sore today! Trying to decide between Jillian's Shape Up Front or Cardio Kickbox or if I want to do Chalene's Turbo Fire instead. Meanwhile my bum and thighs say no way! |

Oh man I just didn't have energy today. I really need to work on my food as I'm just not eating enough calories. Plus been a lil stressed this week. Decided to do a ten minute video, figured I should be able to bring it for just 10 mins!!
Good to hear you're not muscle weary yet! This is the first I've really worked out in over 6 years, so pretty much anything wears me out! lol Hopefully I can be a workout beast like you by the end of the challenge! Thanks a bunch for posting, this has really helped me stay accountable and still push play even when I don't want to...like today!! |

Ack!! There are some days I actually want to do 2 workouts. I'm gonna do it now when I feel motivated...but NOT making it a goal!! I can't tell you how much this challenge has helped!! I am having very noticeable results in my body and without this challenge I probably would've already took a long "break". Not to mention I'm finally getting through alot of the workout dvds I've been collecting! Just put a whole bunch more on my netflix queue! I had to put yoga booty ballet and some leslie sansone on my queue because of your list! lol I was pretty excited at weigh in, I've been stuck at around 136-138 for awhile...so when I saw 135 I figured it was because my 35th b-day is on saturday...and I'm sooo working out on my bday!! But I might enjoy some naughty treats and some wine!! lol |
