at one time?  There's a book I ordered for my study group at church and the sender hasn't responded yet. There are other copies in the system and I was thinking hubby and I might both like our own copy anyway so I tried to go order a second. It warned me that I'd already ordered the book, but let me go thru the process when I hit OK, but now there is only one copy showing on my list. So, do I have two copies ordered or does the system auto cancel the second order if you have 2 of the same book. Not a huge deal, mostly curious. If I only get the one book that's OK and I'll order a second later if I still want it.

You can only order a second copy after the first one shows as en route to you.

Or if they are the same book but different isbns.

You should be able to check your transaction archive to see if the first was cancelled.
