Hi,

I want to order three books.  They are listed by three different people.  I tried requesting them but none replied or shipped the books.  I want to request these books from different people but i don't have that option.  When I click to order the books it gives me the same three people although it says  9 copies available.  What can I do?

Thanks

Lisa

Wait.  After 5 days if the member does not respond the book is removed from the system and your request goes to the next member.

Because PBS operates on the FIFO (first in, first out) system, the only way (unless you know the others who have them) to get past those three people is to order the books and wait 5 days for the system to cancel the transactions. When the five days is up, the orders will be sent to the next members in line.

If you know of another person with those three books, you can bypass the FIFO line by ordering directly from the members shelves.
