I loved every one of these stories - the author has such a handle on people, their emotions, and their motivations. I would recommend this book highly.

I recently became a huge fan of Elizabeth Berg and have read many of her books, all received from PaperBack Swap. Last night I finished the last story included in this collection. I always find many things I can relate to in any of Berg's books. This collection I may keep to re-read in the future. Elizabeth Berg's books are excellent chick literature. Her writing is insightful and truly express the full spectrum of human life and emotion.

Mavis McPherson lock herself in the bathroom for a week. Just needs time to think. As always, Elizabeth Berg delivers quirky family dynamics. Great book.

The stories of this book got to me. The characters were so real. She portrays life so well. She took a piece of the pie of life and made it into a book. It´s a wonderful book.
