Ingredients
  • - ½ c. butter or margarine
  • - 1 ½ lb. Orange Roughy fillets
  • - 1 tsp. Salt
  • - ½ tsp. Onion flakes
  • - 1/8 tsp. Minced garlic
  • - ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • - 1 tsp. Paprika
  • - 1 ½ tsp. Parsley flakes
Directions
Melt butter in a 9x13-baking dish. Coat fillets with butter on both sides. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
