Alice C. (flicka) reviewed Your Over-35 Week-by-Week Pregnancy Guide: All the Answers to All Your Questions About Pregnancy, Birth, and Your Developing Baby on + 2 more book reviews
This book is an older mother-to-be's nightmare. Every chapter is full of information to scare you about things that could go wrong with your high risk pregnancy. I found reading it dreadful.
And for some reason, even though the book's chapters each address a certain subject, the author divides the chapters into weeks. This didn't make sense, but it didn't bother me at first, until I came to a chapter titled "Week 10: Losing Your Baby" or some such. WTF?
Also, it's not well written. It reads like a boring blog entry with some science thrown in.
