Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

Final production will begin on the cookbook after the holidays!!! We are at 56 orders needed, but R&R have said that is close enough and we will push forward. The project IS A GO!!!!

It will take us 2-3 weeks to finalize the formatting of the pages, dividers, and some other things, and then the publisher takes 30-45 days. Then as I understand their processing, it will be delivered in bulk to R&R who will then have to repackage them individually (or by order, if you ordered more than 1). Then they will come to you by media mail, which will be another 1-2 wks.

SO! Let's start getting excited to recieve them about the middle of March (if they come sooner, we can dance, but we will wait until then to get antsy for their delivery)! How does that sound to everybody?

I'm trying to play loose with the dates, but just in case, don't hold me to that strictly. Just know that the cookbooks ARE GOING TO BE ORDERED!!! That's the most important part!!! Processing and delivery time may vary, but we are going to have cookbooks by spring! hahahaha

I was just wondering about this.  Glad to hear things are moving forward.

So my cookbook will arrive next month?  Later?  I'm just hoping for before summer vacation at this point.

Sherry - hope you're feeling better. I was sick a month ago with the flu, but couldn't get rid of the cough. Got diagnosed a week ago with pneumonia!!  I think the whole country got the flu!

so, what time frame are we looking at then? for the cookbook

How is Royaltech doing?

Hi! In someways, I'm better, but in others not so good. They did find the reason I was so sick over the winter. A golf ball sized cancerous tumor in my left breast :(  Got it out, and feeling lots better, but pretty sore and having problems typing much still. Next week I start chemo, and they say that might knock me down for a couple days after each treatment which will be every two weeks.

I am working again on the cookbook, since the part I'm doing now, is mostly mouse work, and I only need my right (mostly unaffected arm :)

Please, I hope people won't give up on this. I know it has been a long wait, but it took quite a while to get the minimum orders in, and I had a really rough winter, just at the time we got the go ahead to work on it. It really is a jam packed cookbook, with very little frills, just lots of good recipes shared from all your friends here.

So, please be patient with me and accept my apologies for being slow and know that you will NOT be stiffed, you will get your book and be genuinely pleased with what you've waited so long for. I truly promise.

I'm so glad for an update. I did not want to ask, knowing you had been going through so much, Sherry. :)

She is hangin in there.  I am sure she will finish up when she feels up to it.  She won't leave us high and dry.

I asked R&R about this and they responded to me recently.  It's still going, they will post a date when they have it.  I think Sherry's getting some help since health-problems have kinda clobbered her.

If this project cannot be completed, I would like a refund for the 3 cookbooks I paid for a year ago.
