When the postal rates increase for media mail on 4-17-11, will the PBS DC cost stay the same at $0.19, or will there be an increase for this as well?

The 0.19 is the postage for eDC, its not a cost set by PBS so if the USPS has a raise in eDC charges in the 4/17 increases then PBS would also go up. I haven't see the eDC in the list of increases, but I haven't looked that closely either.
