I just accepted a book request, and went to print the wrapper (I use PBS DC) ... I clicked on the "print wrapper" button, and was first shown a pop-up screen that said something to the effect of "there was a problem with this request, no money or credits have been removed from your account, reloading the page" --- ok fine, not a problem.

I clicked for a second time on the Print Wrapper button and I was taken to a page that said "Internet Explorer cannot open this page" .... now, in my Money Registry area, I see that the fee for the PBS DC was deducted on this particular book, but I have NO wrapper!

If I click on the "can't get wrapper to print" button and do it all over again, aren't I going to have the 27 cent fee deducted again? I thought there was a way to reprint a label without paying the fee again, but can't seem to find it. Doesn't seem fair for them to get two fees out of me for one book.  Is there maybe a glitch in the system this morning that is not printing things?  Any suggestions on how to reprint without getting dinged with another fee?

If you click on the print label button to reprint it, you will not be charged again.
