The other day I took my packages with DC on them to be mailed. The man who does my packages all the time told me I could no longer use the DC on the packages since he was told not to scan them anymore. He put the PO internal DC on the packages but did not cover the PBS DC nor did he charge me the extra 20 cents per pkg. Someone in Memphis decided to scan the pkgs and I now have my credit on 4 out of 5 books...one didn't scan.  Now I am worried that they are going to arrive postage due. Anyone have this happen to them?

Your PO staff is mis-informed, but USPS has been very negligent in training their staff on how to properly process pre-printed Tracking. 

As for postage due...it's unlikely.  I've not heard any reports of package arriving postage due for Tracking, only the actual postage.
