I sent a book last August and under my TA, the book is marked as successful transaction with no RWAP. I just got an email that I sent a book late? The last book I sent was in August. Yes I know it's been a long time but I have my circumstances. The weird thing about this though is that PBS emails usually goes to my regular inbox. This email went straight to junk mails. |

I would contact PBS either if there is an option to reply via the email or using the Contact Me link at the bottom of the site and explain the email you received from them. I would explain the circumstances of the email. Could be an error.

Did you look at the date inside the email? If it went straight to junk mail it is possible that the email was sent in a timely manner, but that your email provider stopped it and just now released it. You can also go to your main My Account page and click on Club Communications in the yellow submenu and see when the email was actually sent. There is a section in the Help Center on what to do for not getting PBS emails that can help you if your provider is blocking PBS emails. If the email was just sent, you can send in Feedback via the Contact Us link to find out why. As to your Aug transactions: there wouldn't be a RWAP on a late mailed book, those would be marked as received regularly with the post mark noted in the receiving process. The email is automatically generated if the postmark is 8 days or more late. |

Could the e-mail be a Spam attempt. It would be the first time I've heard of one imitating PBS but here are spamers everywhere. Don't give out any personal info until you are sure. |

Do check out this help doc: If you think you are not getting your PBS emails... If you have changed your email address in your Account Settings recently, did you mistype it?
Sometimes an email provider will block (= not deliver) some or all of our emails. This is a misguided attempt to block spam.
A reliable email connection with PBS is crucial to managing your account.
This is what we recommend if you suspect you are not receiving all of your PBS emails:
If this does not work:
As Melanie said, it's important that you get your PBS e-mails. And she had a good idea about checking the date on the e-mail.
