Topic: PM Square

Don't let it bother you, Veronica. I pulled a funny at work last year that some people are still talking about. The phones were down in one of our other offices, including their e-mail; the only way we could reach someone is if we knew their cell number. I checked my cell for the number of my counterpoint in that office then got frantic because we work in a sub-basement and most cell phones won't work. I was running around asking everyone if their phone worked, so my supervisor said she'd run upstairs to the lobby to make the call for me. The silly moment came when she got halfway up the stairs, came back laughing and said I could call her cell from my phone, my REGULAR phone. I still laugh when I think about it.

Veronica, don't worry about it. We all have goofs like that! :) Probably because you can't PM yourself? Actually you can! LOL If you add yourself to your own Buddy List, you can send yourself a PM. I have done this before (when I wasn't at home) so I wouldn't forget something when I got back home. |

I drove 10min back to my house the other day because I though I left my cel at home. It wasn't in my purse. I run in the house and call it with the house phone. Lo and behold my breast starts ringing. I have a habit of sticking my cel in my bra and totally did not feel it there. |
