"Highly recommended!" (Library Journal)

"PMS is a complex disorder associated with a wide range of symptoms which recur regurlrly with each menstrual cycle. It has damaged millions of lives, and contributed to divorce, child abuse, alcoholism, and violence. Yet for years most physicians either dismssed it as a psychosomatic phenomenon or misdiagnosed it.

This comprehensive new book will tell you how to recognize PMS, learn its causes, and successfully treat it. Dr. Ronald V. Norris, founder of the first American PMS clinic, shares his PMS treatment program, which has worked successfully for thousands of his patients. This program includes:

The PMS Diet

Step-by-step exercies

Stess reduction

Vitamin therapy

Progesterone theraphy for acute cases"

Very enlightening. This book is older and the pages are a little yellowed around the edges, but it's in great shape otherwise.
