One of my new favorite books! It was a very easy read and had a little bit of everything. There were parts when I got tears in my eyes and other times when I laughed out loud (not too often that a book will do that for me!). I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm amazed that Cecilia Ahern was just 21 when she wrote it ~ what a talented author! (I also watched the movie, but enjoyed the book much, much more!)

A heartwarming story about family, friendship, and love. The author is at her best when writing about the aftermaths of the loss of a loved one and at her weakest when she's trying to be funny. The humor is often forced but that becomes a minor quibble as we gradually came to know her characters and became engrossed in their lives.

Read this book because the movie is coming out in December and I really want to see the movie. I ended up enjoying the book much more than I thought I would. It made me laugh and cry. I thought the "Irish-ness" of it would annoy me, but I found it charming. I'm waiting on Cecelia Ahern's other book now.

It started off a little slow but after a few chapters I just couldn't put it down. It's a wonderful story, I give it 2 thumbs up.

This is a story of a woman mourning the loss of her husband at a very young age. It was quite moving at times, and very thoroughly deals with many emotions and situations that the wife felt.

I really enjoyed the story line, though it was a little depressing at times. The characters were funny and well developed. I hear the movie is good, so I guess I'll have to watch it.
