It's about time! This is a great book! Finally we have a medical solution to this epidemic that really works! I lost 20lbs without dieting on Dr. Packard's plan, began walking and loving it. Boy is it fun to have to buy new clothes that are three three sizes smaller! A must read for everyone, especially doctors.
