this book is by far THE best book out there for bulk cooking, the recipes are all realllly great tasting and the layout of this book is so sensible. I can hardly wait for the next book to come out!

Great book! Lots of recipes the whole family will love. Ingredient lists for multiplying the meals is very helpful.

Nothing new in here. The recipes aren't all that great, there are better to be found elsewhere. The freezing tips are good for the neophyte but if you've ever frozen leftovers you don't need them. I had expected something better based on the reviews.

The authors present some great tips, but the recipes are underwhelming. It seemed like the recipes were high in fat and often contained processed foods. If you have ever made a double batch of dinner and frozen half for another night, you likely don't need this cookbook.
