I liked this book. It was well written and told many stories of his days as a paramedic. Some were sad, others funny, but altogether a good read.

great book about the ins and outs of being a paramedic - very eye opening about the profession and how they are funded or not funded as is many the case - it features stories not only of his patients but his experiences how he handled the physical, psychological trauma he sees daily - the author was also a speech writer for a senator, governor and held an appointed position over how goverment policy was made regarding emts and paramedics - before he quit to become a full time paramedic - good read not all serious some truly funny laugh out loud stories in there
