Paul Jacobs (born Mortsel, 24 January 1949) is a Flemish radio and television producer and writer.

He debuted when he was 22, as a writer and reporter for the BRT 1 radio program Dagboek produced by Jan Geysen. Between 1971 and 1980, he worked for BRT 2 Omroep Antwerpen.
In 1981 he became producer at Radio 1. In that post he The Presumption, The Language of Struggle and the interview program Friend & Enemy. For the VRT television he thought the quizzes you or we, IQ (with Herman Van Molle), Knowledge of Business and The Text Barons and humorous panel program The Fair Judges.
He published a number of 30 books, the novels The Sun red tub (2008), a cold dish (2009) and The mystery of Rose Cottage (Youth) (1986) and stories Best wishes for a speedy recovery (1987), On success (1993) and The man who lies could smell (2001).
In the drama series Made in Flanders of the Flemish television, three scenarios filmed him: The man who did not poems (1981), The Country (1989, filmdebuut of Michael Pas) and Murder Terrace (1991, director Roland Verhavert). For the VRT / Ikon Series Eye to eye, he wrote the scenario of the old library (1992).
For Arca Theater in Ghent in 1997 he wrote the comedy Come here often, later awarded the prize of the province of Antwerp stage.
