Hello again. I am also looking for a very basic book to teach my son how to manage his finances. He is autistic and he wants to learn how to make a budget, balance a checkbook, etc. I am especially looking for a workbook because he learns best by doing. Something I can integrate into his school day. Any suggestions?

I would look at Money Matters for Kids/Teens from Larry Burkett.

Also, on CurrClick.com there are loads of lapbooks - a great hands-on, visual learning style for those with ASD (my daughter included).  I'm sure there are some money lapbooks, notebooking, or unit studies there.
