Dr. Phil Pringle [OAM] is a pastor and artist and, together with his wife Christine, founder and leader of the CCC Pentecostal church movement of over 280 churches internationally. C3 Church was the fastest growing Australian church denomination (42% between 1996—2001) according to the www.ncls.org.au. This movement changed its name to "C3 Church" in September 2008. C3 Church Often described as dynamic and inspiring, his speaking style has made him a well known preacher on the international Pentecostal circuit. Phil Pringle has a wide-ranging international ministry, speaking in locations as varied as London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Durban, Uppsala, Auckland, Brisbane, Atlanta, New York and Portland.
Pringle is the founder and senior minister of Christian City Church Oxford Falls and founder and president of the Christian City Church International movement of churches.
Pringle attended the Ilam School of Fine Art in Christchurch, New Zealand, in the early seventies, but after becoming a Christian chose to forsake a career in art. Pringle briefly worked in New Zealand before moving to Sydney, Australia, where he started the first Christian City Church.
Pringle speaks in a variety of conference and church situations around the world. He has written a number of books, and continues to paint and hold exhibitions. The church at Oxford Falls also runs several Colleges; School of Ministry, School of Creative Arts (including dance, drama, music, song writing, singing, visual arts, film and video) and School of Pastoral Care Management. Pringle's vision is to build a growing church and movement of churches that are relevant to today's world, through bringing salvation to lost people and teaching people how to be disciples of Christ.
Pringle has also written a number of books, including You the Leader, Leadership Files, Faith, Financial Excellence and most recently Leadership Excellence.
According to the C3 website, Phil Pringle's expertise is in talking about topics such as faith, leadership, the ministry of the Holy Spirit and church building. Pringle has been accused of preaching in line with Prosperity Theology.
Pringle co-hosts the weekly 'Your Best Life' program with his wife. The program airs worldwide, as well as on free-to-air TV in Australia. It is one of very few Australian produced Christian programs to air on public television.
Pringle and his wife live in Sydney, Australia. They have a daughter, Rebekah (who is married to Matt), and two sons, Daniel (who is married to Leah Haywood), and Joseph.
