Strawberry Summer Bread - great on a hot summer day!

Ingrediants:

I loaf french bread

I pint fresh strawberries (can substitute fresh pears, bannanas, peaches or apple slices)

I package sliced provalone cheese (can use swiss, mozerellla or any other sliced white cheese - if using apple                                                                       try chedder slices)

Butter Spread - Country crock, Brummel & Brown, etc.

Slice and cap strawberries.  Slice french bread in half lengthwise. Spread each side liverally with butter spread.  Cover bread with cheese slices, then place strawberries over cheese. Cut into slices and enjoy!
