Recipes simple to follow. Not a lot of ingredients needed.
I really was disappointed when I got this. I haven't tried any of the recipes. The photos are very nice, but they don't have one for every recipe, which I really prefer. Also, I think some of the recipes include ingredients I typically wouldn't eat together. I guess I am much more simple in my cooking, than these recipes were. I don't eat lamb and there's a whole chapter on that.
