This is a great quick read about a doctor who must save his daughter from the plague which has infected florida first along the shore. The chase goes on along the eastern seaboard as the fast acting plague quickly kills millions. Even though written in the 80's, it still reminded me of the way New Orleans fell under Hurricane Katrina. Guess our government will never learn how to handle these huge disasters!! Scary!!!
