I have been trying for about a year to lose weight.  I have not lost as much weight as I would like but I am losing until I hit a plateau.  For the past two months I have been about the same weight and cannot seem to get off the plateau.  Have you guys ever been on a weight loss plateau and what did you do to get off the plateau?
