Please can anyone help me with this??

I'm really frustrated about this situation with the Postal Service in my area. Since April of this year the Post Office has STOPPED delivering any books that I request from PBS.(3 books total so far)  I've filed 3 different complaints and NONE have been answered and no books have been found and resuced. I' ve been a PBS member for a while and have never been in a predicament like this. What should i do?? Other than continuing to go to the post office to complain in person and file on line complaints so i'll have a paper trail i dont know what to do. I love PBS and dont want to get banned because of the Post Office mistakes.

Please help?? What should be my next step??

Is the only thing not getting delivered these 3 books? Is your address correct here? I would double check that first.. The senders also might not have sent the book at all, That does happen, some people mark the book mailed before they actually mail them, soemtimes weeks or months before they do mail them. You might have gotten a rash of mailers who don't know the first thing about proper packaging and the label got ripped off, or some combo of these.

It makes no sense that the post office would just stop delivery of PBS packages. There is absolutely no reason to do that, So I would look to reasons that make more sense, like the mailers or your address.

If your address IS correct maybe PM the sender if it happens again and just say that the book didn't get here and could you have some information about the package, when it was mailed, description of packaging etc etc.

That's frustrating Tanisha.  I agree with Brandy's advice:

1.  Check your PBS address.

2.  Have the the missing books used DC?  Without enroute scans, there's no way of knowing if they were ever actually mailed.  Have the senders been in contact with you?
