Since I joined PBS, I've used DC nearly all the time. I was a beta tester for Printed Postage, and it was so easy I became hooked while hardly realizing it. I almost never had to visit the PO during counter hours any more. I began realizing the cost of my addiction, and want to try to break it. For about every "3 1/2 books" that I send WITHOUT printed postage, I can send another book FREE with my savings. I am also trying to persuade myself I can live without Instant Credit. That is the strongest instant-gratification of printed postage for me, the immediate high! I don't think I've ever had a book permanently lost in the mail, so that is not a cost I should worry about. Please help and encourage me in my recovery. I have 7 book orders to send out. I've printed their plain-white-wrappers, and have bought stamps from the APC.
ETA. fix typo....and I'm a "printed pAstage" addict as well.....

I am a PBS-DC addict. I have also started to send books without it to cut down on the cost. I only use it on heavier WL books now. So far so good with none going lost. <knocks on wood> |

Think of all the credits you can BUY with the money you save!! I have mailed out a lot of books, none with printed postage or DC. I've saved a ton of money. If I can do it so can you. |
