I have a problem with something I do not feel comfortable discussing here on the forums, and I looked at the help docs and nothing matched this problem.  Can someone PM me, someone "official," that can help guide me in what needs to hapen next?

This concerns a bulk order that has not been mailed yet, but the address sheet has been printed.

Kimmy Im pming you but in the future you will need to go to the help center and then live help. You will find a list of tour guides that are currently online there. We can answer just about every question or direct you to the answer.
