This was my first book by Nicole Jordan and I have to admit I loved it. It was very well written and it followed what I feel is a normal romance novel outline, but it definitely had it's own uniqueness to it. I am about to start the second book and hope it is just as good.
Am I the only person who didn't like this book? I found it hard to read it is sooooo boring. I had to give up about 50 pages in.
I can't say it is poorly written, per se, but it is just so much regurgitated fiddle faddle with a heavy dose of not very interesting followed by a dash of who cares. The basic story premise is just annoying and there is just not enough introduction to either character to make anyone buy their love or lust at first sight.
There is so much better historical romance out there, why waste time on this?
