In honor of his bicentennial (1/19) I'd like to share with you an
animation of the reading of The Raven.

That's so neat Linda.

I picked up this book "In the Shadow of the Master" http://www.paperbackswap.com/book/details/9780061690396-In+the+Shadow+of+the+Master+Classic+Tales+by+Edgar+Allan+Poe+and+Essays+by+Jeffery+Deaver+Nelson+DeMille+Tess+Gerritsen+Sue+Grafton+Stephen+King+Lisa+Scottoline+and+Thirteen+Others on the spur of the moment and really enjoyed it.  It's a collection of Poe stories and poems and essays by modern mystery/horror writers on how they were influenced by him.
