Ingredients
- 2 cups - flour
- 3/4 cup - sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. - cinnamon
- 1 cup - soft butter or lard
Sift flour, cinnamon, and sugar. Cream buttter with mixer and gradually add flour mixture. Pinch off small pieces of dough, shape dough into 24 patties and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
After baking sift cinnamon and sugar over cookies.
